Serve Learn Earn offers a unique collaborative approach to workforce development in Vermont.

Founded at the end of 2020 and first publicly funded in 2021, SLE is proof that working together drives collective change faster and more efficiently than standing apart.

The organization was collectively created by the executive directors of Vermont Youth Conservation Corps, Vermont Works for Women, ReSOURCE, and Audubon Vermont.

In 2023, SLE hired its first director to lead the collaborative and propel the mission forward.

Meredith (she/her) draws on a background in fine arts, community organizing, human-centered design, and human services to impact her work as the Director of Serve Learn Earn. She is interested in how collective impact approaches can address workforce, economic, and natural resource challenges facing Vermont. Meredith enjoys drawing, playing music, and traveling. She believes creativity and collaboration are essential in driving meaningful systems-level change.
